Red bull is a lightly carbonated energy drink, produced in Austria and distributed out of California. Although many other drinks have now been produced in the same genre, red bull is still recognized as the pioneer in their field. Taste and effectiveness have kept red bull relevant in a fast growing market. Many of the new products that have surfaced have a superior taste, but give little to zero actual energy. Most of these other drinks are really just soda, but they label it as an energy drink just to make more money. This standout drink has been brilliantly marketed, to the point that every person worldwide knows that a red bull will give you wings. As refreshing as the taste is the fact that RB has stayed true to itself. No cherry Baja blast flavor gimmicks, no spiders or snakes on the front of the can, nothing. Only small tweaks have been made. Larger cans, which all of us waited years for. Sugar free, which allowed all the calorie counters out there a little breathing room. Recently released is the calorie and carb free version, even better. For people like me who don't drink coffee, energy drinks are a staple in everyday life. While I admit to liking a lot of other energy drinks, if I need guaranteed energy, I know what to buy. Just remember, you can't fly without wings, so go grab a red bull and the sky is the limit. I love you red bull, you stay classy.
